How do I return an item or get a refund?

We want you to love what you buy from us. If we make a mistake, like send you the wrong item, let us know so we can get it sorted. Contact us here.

However, we do not provide a refund or accept returns of products because you changed your mind, misused a product or because the item has damage or faults that we made you aware of.

When will I get my product? What if my product doesn't arrive?

We aim to dispatch all items within three working days of your order being received. Depending on where you live the time it takes the item to get to you can vary. You will be notified by us when we have shipped your item.
